While we've known this for a while, LeBron James definitely wants to be able to play alongside his son Bronny in the NBA. The boy is currently a middle school student and he won't be able to make it to the NBA until 2024, according to current NBA rules. That means LeBron James will have to wait until at least 40 if he wants to make his biggest dream come true. There have been countless examples of how proud LeBron James is for all of his children, but he has one particular interaction with his sons that involves basketball. The oldest, Bronny James was exceptionally talented and many ranked him as a strong NBA prospect when his time came. James repeatedly says how much he wants his eldest son to be able to finish in time before he retires. VOTE NOW for your 2022 NBA All-Stars! If anyone anticipating the first wave of fan voting released Thursday for the 2022 All-Star Game was looking for a surprise, they’d be disappointed. The usual suspects and vote leaders have already surpassed 2,000,000 votes: LeBron James, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo. That’s to be expected. The player who owns fourth quarters and is getting plenty of flowers right now isn’t far behind: DeMar DeRozan, again, nothing unusual in this case. Perhaps the only mildly interesting development is the popularity of Paul George, who’s fourth in the Western Conference voting, and only because the Clippers’ star is injured and might not be healthy enough to play in Cleveland next month.
